Palm Trace Landings
Allow me to share the experience with my apartment complex over the last 14 hours.
Yesterday, I got this wedged in my door:

They didn’t knock when they dropped it off, and I didn’t discover it until after the management office (and my bank) were closed. I did, however, confirm that my rent check cleared on February 5.
Early this morning, my bank sent me a copy of the front and back of the check, as well as some gory bank numbers detailing who and what took the money on the check. What do you know:

Endorsed by my landlord, and dated February 2 by their bank.
Just a few minutes ago, the management office opened. I was there, and so were four other people, notices in hand. I heard someone say “we sent out a hundred of those yesterday!”—gee, you think maybe if you’re sending out a hundred nonpayment notices, then you’re the ones doing something wrong?

Wow. We didn’t pay the entire month of January and they never complained. Another Archstone incompetence story:
Our lease was up in early September – I call the week before and set up a continuance of the lease for another 11 months. One month later, we get charged $2600 (the month-to-month rate). I explain what’s going on to them, they say “ok, we’ll get you the new lease.” 3 weeks later – still no lease – I go down and say, “look. we haven’t gotten the lease yet, and we’re going to be switching out roommates soon. Should we just make that change on the new lease?” “Yes”, they say.
So the next month rolls around – $2600. I go down again and explain to them that we’re waiting on a lease without John and adding Dan. “Oh, we can’t do that, because you don’t have a lease”. Grrrrrr. “You need to drop John from the lease, sign the new one, then add Dan and sign another one.” “But”, I wearily reply, “we’ve already filled out a roommate release and you haven’t given us a new lease to sign.” “Oh.”
The next day a lease shows up at our door. And it’s completely wrong. Wrong time frame, wrong rate, and wrong people!
Now it’s December – $2600. Argh. About the same time a new,correct lease shows up at our door and we sign it. Finally. After 3 months. I go down on Dec. 12th and ask for a new lease with Dan added.
It’s now February, and we haven’t seen that lease.
The entire place sucks! STAY AWAY !

try to use standard, but modern techniques like TDD , an inversion-of-control container!
Some DTP (database protocol) use differnet ports, so i can’t connect through SSH , is there any other watys to connect?
You can try to rewrite .htaccess file, it might help!
